Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The entire allegation of cheating appears to be centered around against co-accused Pradip Kumar Singh and so far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that when informant and two others were taken to Danapur for medical check up, petitioners and some other persons were also present there.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.24 of 2016.
