JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 120 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that a beetle shop was settled by the railway in the premises of Sikta Railway station in favour of husband of the informant but subsequently co-accused Ramtullah Ansari got it settled in his favour by fraudulent means. It is alleged against the petitioner that he helped Ramtullah Ansari in getting the shop in question settled fraudulently in his favour. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against Ramtullah Ansari who has been granted anticipatory bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23124 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 vide Cr. Misc. No. 20467 of 2015 let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., Railway Court, Bettiah in connection with Narkatiyaganj Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
