The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.169 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 436, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 06.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (P), Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S.
