The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 498(A) and 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The wife herself alleged that her husband (the petitioner) assaulted her because the mobile was missing. On being assaulted, the informant herself set ablaze. She stated that her husband tried to save her, on account of which, her husband got burn injuries.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for more than five months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi,
