Petitioner, apprehends his arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR petitioner being Cashier of Hansa PACS misappropriated an amount of Rs. 26,46,196/- along with other persons and the same was detected in Audit and when legal notice was given to him he threatened the informant on the point of pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to altercation took place with

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. However, if petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail then his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced by this order. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
