No. 18225 of 2015. The writ petition was heard along with various other connected matters and challenging the order, L.P.A. No. 1206 of 2016 was filed in the other connected case and from the mentioning-

Patna High Court LPA No.178 of 2017 dt.30-03-2017 2/2 slip submitted by the counsel available at Flag-A it is seen that the matter has been decided by a coordinate Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 1206 of 2016 and L.P.A. No. 1204 of 2016 and vide order passed on 23rd of January, 2017 certain directions have been issued. The Letters patent Appeals have been allowed and the order passed by the learned Single Bench set aside.

This appeal is also allowed and disposed of in terms of the order dated 23rd of January, 2017 passed in L.P.A. Nos. 1206 of 2016 and 1204 of 2016.
