Name of petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Md. Shakiluddin @ Shakiluddin Sah who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. It appears that except confessional statement, criminal antecedent and suspicion, there is nothing against petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 19.11.2014. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Naugachia in Sessions trial no. 171/2014 arising out of Bihpur P.S. Case no. 280/2013.
