JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and she lodged the present case against unknown persons but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen petitioner, Jaijai Ram Singh and Bablu Singh sitting with the deceased before the alleged occurrence and, furthermore, the witnesses have stated that quarrel took place between the deceased and Jaijai Ram Singh and after that, the said Jaijai Ram Singh shot fire on the deceased, as a result thereof deceased died and petitioner and his associates took to their heels from the place of occurrence.

No.12195 of 2016 (2) dt.29-03-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.Case No. 75 of 2015.
