2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No. 111 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the criminals slit the the throat of the deceased.

4. The participation of the petitioner has come in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2023.

5. The prayer for bail of the co-accused Rakesh Mishra has been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15297 of 2024 on 12.03.2024.
