The petitioner is languishing in custody since 30.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307,379,504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant, his aunt and cousins. It is specific alleged against the petitioner to have assaulted on the head of the informant with 'farsa', the injury has been found grievous.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a case lodged by the informant's side at earlier point of time
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22316 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 and there is dispute with regard to passage. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already concluded. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Andar P.S.
