JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.5.2018 passed in CWJC No. 9250 of 2018, the District Magistrate, Saran, Chapra has passed an order dated 4.9.2018 whereby and whereunder the benefit of 2nd ACP has been granted to the petitioner herein and the bill pertaining to the amount due on account of grant of benefits of 2nd ACP has also been sent to the Treasury Office for payment of the said amount. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with, hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
