2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writs in quashing the letter no. 404, dated 07.07.2018 issued by the Circle officer, Giriyak whereby provided the land in Giriyak Thana No. 352, Khata No. 196 and Plot No. 900 and Area 3.76 Acres for the construction of Building of Samudayik Bhawan to the effect that the way of the Gas Godown may be closed. (Letter dated 07.07.2018 is contained in Annexure-7);

Patna High Court CWJC No.22483 of 2018(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 (ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to change the place of construction of Samudayik Bhawan in Giriyak;

(iii) for any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled under law as well as on the facts of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
