The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Yogendra Ravidas submitted to the SHO, Phulwarisharif Police Station is to the effect that on 17.9.2019 at 11.30 A.M. the informant and his brother Naresh Ravidas were sitting at the door, then the petitioner and co-accused Sukhli Ravidas came in intoxicated condition and thereafter co-accused Sukhli Ravidas fired causing injury on the right thigh of the informant's brother. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing has not been made against the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the

Considering the fact that specific accusation of firing is against co-accused Sukhli Ravidas and statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge IX-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S.
