Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b-A)26/35 of the Arms Act.
One country made loaded cutta and two cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when allegedly petitioner and others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner appears to have carried criminal antecedent of near about four cases, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was remanded in almost all the cases on the same day when he was
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11911 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 arrested in the present case and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 23.4.2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of VIth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No.182 of 2015.
