JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 24.11.2016 passed by the learned Special Judge, C.B.I.-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in R.C. 14(S) of 2008 by which cognizance of the offence under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against him. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
