====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the opposite parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 326, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has no criminal history. Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the opposite parties opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that on perusal of first information report, there is direct allegation of assault against the petitioner by means of knife on the chest of the informant. Hence, this is not a fit case of anticipatory bail.
