The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For direction/directions to the respondents to disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2016 in accordance of law.

(ii) For further direction/directions to the respondents to ensure the possession of the petitioner upon the land which has been settled by the respondents from Memo No. 3401 Muz.

After some arguments, in view of the writ application lacking in material particulars and details with respect to the averments made therein, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to file a fresh representation/application for the relief prayed for herein. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
