The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to restrain the respondent no. 7 because respondent no. 7 is accused of Section 409/ 420 of I.P.C. in Durgawati Police Station Sase No.

205/22 dated 12/07/2022.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
