This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalganj P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has injured the victim.

The petitioner is accused in 36 serious criminal cases.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after he is granted bail in all other cases pending against him.
