JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for removal of the encroachment made on the public pond situated South of Primary Health Centre and Khata No. 3052 at AnchalMadhepur, District-Madhubani. If the petitioner is aggrieved by encroachment over the public land/public pond, he is required to approach the concerned Circle Officer under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
