Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 366A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has surrendered on 27.07.2022 before the learned Court below. The petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7279 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-Additional District JudgeVI, West Champaran in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022.
