JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2019 This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to release Hero Glamour Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR-01-CM-2249, which has been seized in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Realizing that confiscation is a civil proceeding, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a civil writ application before this Court in the same subject matter.
