Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No. 67 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14751 of 2021(5) dt.03-02-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. 67 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
