2. This application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63860 of 2023 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court to the extent of extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph No. 4 of the petition, further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 17.10.2023 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14707 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 Misc. No. 63860 of 2023 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
