The petitioners are parents-in-law of the deceased and, according to prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased had taken place 15 years ago. The case has been registered under section 302, 201/34 of the IPC but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners who are languishing in custody since 03.07.2015 and 05.07.2015 respectively.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Nawada in connection with Sessions Trial No. 388 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. case No.136 of 2015.
