JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaighat (Benibad O.P.) P. S. Case No.188 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 376/34 of IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

As per F.I.R. the minor daughter of the informant was subjected to rape by the co-accused persons and petitioner has caught hold of her hand.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of rape against him. There is a delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R. He has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the
