JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 29-07-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner ravished the 13 years old daughter of the informant, namely, Jyoti Kumari. The medical opinion corroborates the accusation. It is very fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that five charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined.

Keeping in view of the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this application is dismissed.

However, it is expected from the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20456 of 2015 (02) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Buxar to conclude Sessions Trial No. 07 of 2013 arising out of Simari P.S. Case No. 170 of 2012 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
