The petitioner seeks bail in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No. 718/2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30, 30(g), 38(i) and (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties as well as the nature of allegations made in the F.I.R. I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. II cum Special Judge, Excise Act,
