The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons kidnapped his minor daughter, but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and denied the factum of her kidnapping. She wanted to live with her husband Sanjay Kumar. The petitioner is the uncle of Sanjay Kumar.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
