Petitioners along with others are named in the first information report and it appears that the informant did not sustain any injury. Moreover, the claim of petitioners is that they had purchased the land in question from one Rajiv Sharma. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge VI- cum- Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case
