Petitioner is in custody connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 98 liters of liquor.

The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two
