This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Excise Case No. 57 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had sold the vehicle, in question, to one Madan Sah prior to the incident and in support of that, he has annexed the sale letter of the vehicle as Annexure-2 to this bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
