The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR. On the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, Sanjay Sharma, petitioner has been made accused in this case. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date he has not been put on T.I. Parade. He is in custody since 28.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of the petitioner is allowed. Let the above named
