In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the victim was married to one Uttam Das who used to torture and assault the victim lady. Allegation has been made that the informant received information that his daughter has been killed and her dead body was lying inlaws house. When the informant went there, none of the family members of the accused were available there. Allegation against the petitioner has been made that he and others were insisting for killing the daughter of the informant.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21012 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 petitioner has no connection with the husband of the victim, he is a co-villager and has wrongly been trapped in the present case. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2013.
