The petitioner seeks regular bail in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 320/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. Name of this petitioner has come during investigation on the basis of restatement of the informant. In the written report, there is specific allegation of overt act against Lallu Samrat and Pappu Samrat. Petitioner has been dragged in this case only because he is friend of Lallu Samrat and Pappu Samrat. Lallu Samrat has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 09.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71642/2018.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
