1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Satya Prakash Parasar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Nitya Nand Tiwary (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that F.I.R named accused made his confessional statement disclosing the name of this petitioner. Admittedly, the above stated co-accused has already been granted bail. It appears that except the chequered criminal history of the petitioner as well as confessional statement of coaccused, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.Case No.
