The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant stated that his brother went along with the petitioner and others but his brother did not return. The dead body of the brother of the informant was recovered and Chowkidar lodged the F.I.R. against unknown.

It is submitted that the Chowkidar did not find any external injury on the body of the deceased. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23734 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2014.
