The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(a) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. As per the prosecution case, country made liquor and manufacturing utensils of country made liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that house in question was abandoned house. Name of petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of statement of apprehended accused person. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail.
