The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.58A of 1995 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.99 of 1994 registered for the offence punishable under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
It would appear from the record that the case is at the stage of hearing of argument. The prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by this Court on merits. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Darbhanga is directed to conclude the hearing of the case and deliver the
