JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that for recovery of two live cartridges the petitioner has been in custody since 12.08.2018.

Considering the totality of the fact situation, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Sumit Kumar,
