The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 341, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4411 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 alleged occurrence, the injuries are found simple in nature. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
