This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of fire arm from the mini gun factory of Mewa Lal and the petitioner was also apprehended from the said premise and is in jail since 01.09.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 214 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.
