The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No.101 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Sanjay Kumar and Sanjay Mahto, who have been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2019.

Case No. 101 of 2019.
