The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and his father Md. Husnain are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Lathi and hammer respectively. The father of the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant on his head but he has already been enlarged on bail by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate as injuries found on the head were simple in nature.

It is submitted that two injuries were found on the head but both were simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20997 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Navin Kumar Thakur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in Kurtha P.S.
