JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons started to beat up the informant's wife. On the informant's father intervening, all the accused persons beat him up. The informant's father was taken to the Sadar Hospital, Nawada from where he was referred to Pawapuri Hospital and he died in course of treatment.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur PS case No. 275/2020.
