JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 A, 370 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. It would appear from perusal of the aforesaid statement that she was taken away by the petitioner but petitioner did not do any misdeed with the victim. Moreover, the informant as well as petitioner have already entered into compromise.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.21503 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S.
