1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No.624/2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 342 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Motihari.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that allegation against this petitioner is of firing causing firearm injury on which the learned APP submits that from perusal of the case diary, it manifests that the injured has received gunshot injury and the nature of injury is grievous.

4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is not able to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and the APP.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
