JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Criminal Miscellaneous No.20752 of 2015 wherein Bhushan Sahani is the petitioner and Criminal Miscellaneous No.21914 of 2015 wherein Mohan Sahani, Bigu Sahani are the petitioners commonly originate out of Muffasil P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 and on account thereof, have been heard together and are being disposed of by a common order. All the three petitioners were arrested while their associates managed to escape while they were standing in front of house of petitioner Bhushan Sahani wherefrom one motorcycle was seized. On query Bhushan Sahani has confessed that he has purchased the same from Ram Kumar Sahni, the accused who escaped therefrom. Petitioners are under custody since 04.02.2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20752 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 Accordingly, petitioners Bhushan Sahani, Mohan Sahani, Bigu Sahani each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S.
