Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Four FIR named accused person including the petitioner, who is a female, allegedly assaulted to the husband of the informant. The Doctor has found two sharp cut wounds, and one more caused by hard and blunt substance. The injured and husband of the petitioner are full brothers.

No.2352 of 2020(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 petitioner, who is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S.Case No.567 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court , failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
