====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)(d)/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1000 liters of Mahua jager mixture was recovered from near the bank of Sakari river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3693 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner No. 1 has got four and petitioner No. 2 has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is refused.
